MII Recorder 是一个 Chrome 浏览器插件：你点一下开始录音，录完自己决定要不要把它传给 MII（Meeting Intelligence）——MII 会把录音转成文字、整理成要点和待办。

这份条款讲清楚：这个插件收集什么、拿它做什么、交给谁、存多久，以及你能怎么处理它。

1. 适用范围

本条款适用于 MII Recorder 插件，以及你通过它上传的录音在 MII 服务中的处理。

MII 是组织内部使用的工具，需要所在组织提供的账号与访问凭据才能使用；它不面向公众注册。

2. 我们收集哪些信息

只留在你电脑上的（不上传）：

你录下的音频文件。
录音列表：名字、时长、文件大小、上传状态。
你贴进插件的访问凭据、选择的麦克风、界面语言。

你按下「上传」时才发送的：

音频文件本身。
你给这段录音起的名字、录音开始时间、时长，以及一个标明「来自插件」的客户端标识。

就这些。插件不收集也不发送：你访问过的网址、浏览记录、网页内容、剪贴板、位置信息，也不做任何行为统计或广告追踪。

录音上传之后，为了整理这段录音而产生的：

逐句文字与时间轴、区分不同说话人的分段结果。
概述、要点、决定、待办事项。
为了区分和标注说话人，会用到声音的特征信息。在部分司法辖区，这可能被视为生物识别信息，我们仅将其用于「这句话是谁说的」这一目的，不用于身份验证，也不用于情绪或健康推断。

3. 我们用它做什么

把录音转成文字、区分说话人。
生成概述、要点、决定和待办；按你的要求把它们译成中文 / 日文 / 英文。
让你之后能按关键词找回这段录音的内容。
处理完成后通知你。

我们不用录音内容投放广告，不用它做自动化的个人评价或打分，不用你的录音训练我们自己的模型。

4. 插件申请的权限，各自为什么

插件只与你所在组织的 MII 服务器通信，不向任何其他站点发送数据。

5. 我们把信息交给谁

我们不出售你的信息，也不为与本条款无关的目的向第三方披露。为了提供上述功能，我们使用下列类别的服务商：

语音识别、降噪与说话人区分在我们自己的服务器上完成，音频文件不会交给外部的语音识别服务。

请留意：录音转成的文字会交给上表中的人工智能服务商处理。 如果一段对话的内容不适合离开你所在组织，请不要用本插件录制它。

此外，在法律要求或为保护合法权益必需时，我们可能披露相关信息。

6. 存在哪里、存多久

在你自己的电脑上（插件）：

上传成功后，本机那份副本再保留 7 天，方便你核对，之后自动删除。
已上传录音的历史记录在列表中保留 30 天。
从未上传的录音是你唯一的一份，插件永不自动删除它，你可以随时自己删。
本机录音总量上限 20 GB，接近上限时插件会提醒你清理。
卸载插件会一并清除上述本地数据。

在 MII 服务中：已上传的录音及其处理结果保留至你或你所在组织将其删除为止，我们不设固定的自动删除期限。删除时，音频与对应的文字、概要一并删除，且不可恢复。

7. 你的权利

删除：本机的录音随时可删；已上传的录音，由上传者或所在组织的管理员删除。
查看与更正：你可以查看处理结果，并更正识别错误的名字与词语。
撤回凭据：你可以随时作废插件里使用的访问凭据，之后它就再也传不出东西。
访问与导出：需要获取你的相关数据副本，请通过第 12 节的方式联系我们。

视你所在地区的法律，你可能还享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理或投诉的权利；行使这些权利请联系我们。

8. 录音与告知

录音期间，插件有两处提示无法关闭：工具栏图标变红，以及被录页面角上的常驻提示条。它们是给你自己看的——远端的参与者看不到。

录音前是否需要征得对方同意，取决于你所在地区的法律和你所在组织的规定，这是使用者的责任。 请在录音前先确认。

9. 信息安全

上传与接口调用全程使用 HTTPS 加密传输。
访问 MII 需要组织账号登录；插件使用的访问凭据可由你自己作废。
内容按最小必要范围开放访问，敏感内容有更严格的限制。

没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。对于确实不宜留下记录的对话，请先考虑是否录制。

10. 跨境数据传输

MII 的服务器位于日本。第五节列出的服务商可能在其他国家或地区处理数据，我们通过合同条款要求其对数据提供相应保护。

11. 未成年人

本插件面向组织内的工作场景，不面向 18 岁以下人士提供，我们也不会有意收集未成年人的信息。

12. 条款变更与联系我们

本条款可能随功能变化更新，生效日期见页首。涉及信息用途的实质性变更，我们会通过产品内或组织内部渠道说明。

MII Recorder は Chrome の拡張機能です。ワンクリックで録音を始め、録り終えたあとに MII（Meeting Intelligence）へ送るかどうかをご自身で決めます。 MII は録音を文字に起こし、要点とアクションアイテムに整理します。

このポリシーでは、この拡張機能が何を収集し、何に使い、誰に渡し、どれだけ保持し、あなたが何をできるのかを説明します。

1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは MII Recorder 拡張機能と、それを通じてアップロードされた録音の MII サービスでの取り扱いに適用されます。

MII は組織内で使うツールです。所属組織が発行するアカウントとアクセス資格情報が必要で、一般向けの登録はありません。

2. 収集する情報

あなたのパソコンにのみ保存されるもの（送信しません）：

録音した音声ファイル。
録音の一覧：名前、長さ、ファイルサイズ、送信状態。
拡張機能に貼り付けたアクセス資格情報、選んだマイク、表示言語。

「送信」を押したときにだけ送られるもの：

音声ファイル本体。
その録音に付けた名前、開始時刻、長さ、そして「拡張機能から」であることを示すクライアント識別子。

以上だけです。この拡張機能は、閲覧した URL・閲覧履歴・ページの内容・クリップボード・位置情報を収集も送信もしません。行動分析や広告トラッキングも行いません。

アップロード後、録音を処理するために生成されるもの：

タイムスタンプ付きの文字起こし、話者ごとの区間。
概要、要点、決定事項、アクションアイテム。
話者を区別して名前を付けるために声の特徴情報を利用します。法域によってはこれが生体情報とみなされる場合があります。用途は「誰の発言か」を判別することだけで、本人認証には使わず、感情や健康状態の推定にも使いません。

3. 利用目的

録音を文字に起こし、話者を区別する。
概要・要点・決定事項・アクションアイテムを作成し、ご要望に応じて日本語 / 中国語 / 英語に翻訳する。
あとからキーワードでその録音の内容を探せるようにする。
処理が終わったらお知らせする。

録音の内容を広告に利用することはありません。個人の自動的な評価や採点にも 使いません。当社独自モデルの学習にも使いません。

4. 拡張機能が求める権限とその理由

マイク	あなたの声を録るため。録音を明示的に開始している間だけ取得します
現在のタブ	ページで再生されている音（ブラウザ上の通話など）を録るため。また、タブのタイトルを録音名の候補として読み取ります
ローカルストレージ	録音・一覧・設定をあなたのパソコンに保存するため
容量無制限ストレージ	音声ファイルは大きいため。本拡張機能は自ら 20 GB の上限を設け、事前にお知らせします
アラーム	中断した送信の再試行、処理状況の確認、期限切れのローカル控えの削除
通知	処理の完了や失敗をお知らせするため（そのとき拡張機能の画面はたいてい閉じています）
ページ内の表示	録音中、録音対象ページの隅に常時バーを表示し、録音中であることが常に見えるようにするため

この拡張機能は所属組織の MII サーバーとのみ通信し、他のサイトへデータを送りません。

5. 第三者への提供

あなたの情報を販売することはありません。本ポリシーと無関係な目的で第三者に開示することもありません。上記の機能を提供するため、次のカテゴリーのサービス提供者を利用しています。

音声認識・ノイズ除去・話者の分離は当社自身のサーバー上で行います。音声ファイルを外部の音声認識サービスに渡すことはありません。

ご注意：録音から文字起こしされたテキストは、上記の AI サービス提供者が処理します。 組織外に出してはいけない内容の会話は、この拡張機能で録音しないでください。

また、法令上の要求がある場合、または正当な権利利益の保護に必要な場合には、関連情報を開示することがあります。

6. 保存場所と保存期間

あなたのパソコン上（拡張機能）：

送信が成功したあと、ローカルの控えはさらに 7 日間残り、確認に使えます。その後は自動的に削除されます。
送信済みの録音の履歴は一覧に 30 日間残ります。
一度も送信していない録音はあなたの唯一の控えであり、拡張機能が自動で削除することはありません。ご自身でいつでも削除できます。
ローカル録音の合計は 20 GB が上限で、近づくとお知らせします。
拡張機能をアンインストールすると、上記のローカルデータも消えます。

MII サービス上：アップロードされた録音とその処理結果は、 あなたまたは所属組織が削除するまで保持されます。固定の自動削除期間は設けていません。削除すると音声・文字起こし・概要がまとめて削除され、元に戻せません。

7. あなたの選択と権利

削除：ローカルの録音はいつでも削除できます。アップロード済みのものは、アップロードした本人または所属組織の管理者が削除します。
確認と訂正：処理結果を確認し、誤認識された名前や用語を訂正できます。
資格情報の失効：拡張機能が使うアクセス資格情報はいつでも失効させられます。失効後は何も送信できなくなります。
開示とエクスポート：ご自身のデータの写しが必要な場合は、第 12 節の連絡先まで。

お住まいの地域の法令により、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止の請求や苦情申立ての権利を有する場合があります。行使をご希望の際はご連絡ください。

8. 録音と相手への通知

録音中、拡張機能には消せない表示が 2 か所あります：ツールバーのアイコンが赤くなり、録音対象ページの隅に常時バーが出ます。これはあなた自身が確認するためのもので、相手側には見えません。

録音前に相手の同意が必要かどうかは、お住まいの地域の法令と所属組織の規定によって決まり、それは利用者の責任です。録音を始める前にご確認ください。

9. セキュリティ

送信と API 呼び出しは HTTPS で暗号化されます。
MII の利用には組織アカウントでのログインが必要です。拡張機能が使う資格情報はご自身で失効させられます。
内容は必要な範囲にのみ開示され、機微な内容にはより厳しい制限がかかります。

絶対に安全なシステムは存在しません。記録を残すべきでない会話については、まず録音するかどうかをご検討ください。

10. 国境を越えるデータの移転

MII のサーバーは日本にあります。第 5 節のサービス提供者は他の国や地域でデータを処理する場合があり、当社は契約により相応の保護を求めています。

11. 未成年の方について

本拡張機能は組織内の業務利用を想定しており、18 歳未満の方への提供は行っていません。未成年の方の情報を意図的に収集することもありません。

12. 変更とお問い合わせ

本ポリシーは機能の変更に応じて更新されることがあります。発効日はページ上部に記載しています。情報の利用目的に関する重要な変更は、製品内または組織内のチャネルでお知らせします。

MII Recorder is a Chrome extension: you click once to start recording, and when you stop you decide whether to upload it to MII (Meeting Intelligence), which turns the recording into text and organises it into key points and action items.

This policy explains what the extension collects, what we do with it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.

1. Scope

This policy covers the MII Recorder extension and the processing of recordings you upload through it to the MII service.

MII is a tool used inside an organisation. It requires an account and access credential issued by that organisation and has no public sign-up.

2. Information we collect

Kept on your computer only (never uploaded):

The audio you record.
The list of recordings: name, length, file size, upload state.
The access credential you paste into the extension, your chosen microphone, and the interface language.

Sent only when you press Upload:

The audio file itself.
The name you gave the recording, its start time, its duration, and a client identifier marking it as coming from the extension.

That is all. The extension does not collect or transmit the URLs you visit, your browsing history, page content, your clipboard, or your location, and it performs no behavioural analytics or advertising tracking.

Created after upload, in order to process the recording:

Sentence-level text with timings, and segmentation that separates different speakers.
An overview, key points, decisions and action items.
To distinguish and label speakers we use characteristics of the voice. In some jurisdictions this may be considered biometric information; we use it solely to determine who said what — never for identity verification, and never to infer emotion or health.

3. What we use it for

Transcribing the recording and separating speakers.
Producing an overview, key points, decisions and action items, and translating them into Chinese, Japanese or English at your request.
Letting you find the content of that recording again by keyword.
Notifying you when processing is done.

We do not use recording content for advertising, not for automated evaluation or scoring of individuals, and not to train our own models.

4. Permissions the extension requests, and why

Local storage	To keep recordings, the list and your settings on your own computer
Unlimited storage	Audio files are large; the extension caps itself at 20 GB and warns you in advance
Alarms	To retry an interrupted upload, check processing status, and clear expired local copies
Notifications	To tell you when processing finishes or fails, when the extension window is usually closed
In-page indicator	To show a persistent bar in the corner of the page being recorded, so you can always see that recording is in progress

The extension communicates only with your organisation's MII server and sends data to no other site.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and do not disclose it to third parties for purposes unrelated to this policy. To provide the features above we use the following categories of service providers:

Speech recognition, noise reduction and speaker separation happen on our own servers; audio files are not handed to any external speech-recognition service.

Please note: the text transcribed from your recording is processed by the AI service provider listed above. If the content of a conversation should not leave your organisation, do not use this extension to record it.

We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect legitimate rights and interests.

6. Where it is stored, and for how long

On your own computer (the extension):

After a successful upload the local copy is kept 7 more days so you can verify it, then deleted automatically.
History entries for uploaded recordings remain in the list for 30 days.
A recording that was never uploaded is your only copy and the extension never deletes it automatically; you can delete it yourself at any time.
Local recordings are capped at 20 GB; the extension warns you as you approach it.
Uninstalling the extension removes this local data.

In the MII service: an uploaded recording and its processing results are kept until you or your organisation delete them; we do not apply a fixed automatic deletion period. Deletion removes the audio together with its text and summary, and cannot be undone.

7. Your choices and rights

Deletion: local recordings can be deleted at any time; an uploaded recording is deleted by the person who uploaded it or by an administrator in your organisation.
Review and correction: you can review the processing results and correct misrecognised names and terms.
Revoking the credential: you can revoke the access credential used by the extension at any time, after which it can no longer upload anything.
Access and export: to obtain a copy of your data, contact us as described in section 12.

Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing, or to lodge a complaint. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Recording and notice to others

While recording, two indicators cannot be dismissed: the toolbar icon turns red, and a persistent bar appears in the corner of the page being recorded. They are for you — remote participants do not see them.

Whether you must obtain consent before recording depends on the laws of your jurisdiction and on your organisation's rules, and it is the user's responsibility. Please confirm this before you record.

9. Security

Uploads and API calls are encrypted in transit with HTTPS.
Access to MII requires an organisation sign-in; the credential the extension uses can be revoked by you.
Content is exposed on a need-to-know basis, with stricter limits on sensitive content.

No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. For a conversation that genuinely should leave no record, consider first whether to record it at all.

10. International transfers

MII's servers are located in Japan. The service providers listed in section 5 may process data in other countries; we require appropriate protection from them by contract.

11. Children

This extension is intended for workplace use within an organisation. It is not offered to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

12. Changes and how to contact us

This policy may be updated as the product changes; the effective date appears at the top. Material changes to how information is used will be communicated in the product or through internal channels.
